01What this site collects

This build is a static site with no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party embeds. It sets no cookies of its own beyond two browser-local values: your motion preference, and a flag recording that you have seen the entry sequence in this session. Neither leaves your device.

When you send the contact form, your name, email, organisation, the services you tick and your message are emailed to us and saved in our customer records, so that we can reply. Nothing else you do on the site is recorded.

The contact page loads a map image from Mapbox when you scroll to it, which means Mapbox receives a normal web request from your browser.

02What a real deployment would collect

A production version of this site would collect what you send through the contact form - name, email, organisation, and the description of your problem - in order to reply to it. That is the only purpose it would be used for.

Any analytics would be stated here by name, including what it stores and for how long.

03Sharing

Nothing would be sold, and nothing shared with third parties except processors necessary to operate the service, each named in this document.

04Your rights

You would be able to request a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the address on the contact page.
